Britney Oswell is a Salt Spring raised basket maker. She is a keen student of the endless varieties and interpretations that the art form takes, as ancient and primary as it is. Her baskets are woven using locally harvested and grown materials, and are a continuing attempt at honouring the abundance, beauty and exquisite balance between the form and function of the natural world.
Erin Morris is a potter as well as the owner and operator of The Pottery, located in the Fulford Village. She makes mostly functional wheel thrown pottery with a comfortable feel and an attractive minimal aesthetic. She draws inspiration from the natural world around her and creates pots to be used and enjoyed every day.

"It's a position I take very seriously. To fail to honour the "little people" would be a serious breach" he says. "Every door is different. It’s as if each door decides how it’s going to look."
